Refund & Return Policy
We want you and your dog to love your Golden Years Co harness. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
For hygiene and safety reasons, harnesses that have been worn or used by a pet cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Sizing — Please Read Before Ordering Most return requests come from sizing. Please measure your dog carefully using the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, text us at (406) 370-7392, and we'll help you choose.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your harness arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return: text us at (406) 370-7392 with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For defective or incorrect items, we cover all return costs.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.
Exchanges need a different size? text us at (406) 370-7392, and we'll help arrange an exchange.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. After that, the standard return policy applies.
